Welcome!

I am a Technical Training Consultant with over 20 years of extensive experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) and Systems Administration fields. My L&D expertise spans instructional design, eLearning development, learning management systems (LMS) administration, and project management roles in the K-12, higher ed, professional licensure/certification, and corporate user training (internal and external) industries. As a systems administrator primarily in Microsoft and Atlassian workspaces, I provide end-to-end solutions across platform integrations, app development, systems architecture, implementations, and operational strategies.

Using my combined L&D and systems administration experience, I consult SMBs and Enterprise organizations on solutions/systems architecture, platform workflow optimization, and end-to-end training development to delivery. Strategy & Operations

Enterprise Solution: LMS Content QA Process

Designed and implemented a multi-phase QA review process and tracking system for a four-course training program at The Trevor Project, reducing a four-week, disorganized review cycle to 1-2 days by overhauling the existing process and creating a structured workflow with clear role assignments, automated notifications, and end-to-end revision documentation.

App Development & Training

Atlassian Forge Apps & Training

The two apps featured on this page were developed in Atlassian Forge for Confluence and Jira, respectively. I was responsible for the full lifecycle design, development, and delivery of the live build workshops and was the first featured speaker and facilitator for the Forge Event Track of the Atlassian Builder's Summit in Long Beach on October 23, 2025. For the instructional design, facilitation scripts, and content development, I utilized both Microsoft and Google Workspaces and applications, including Bitbucket, PowerShell, Visual Studio Code, GitHub Codespaces, and Atlassian Forge, Jira, and Confluence.
